Came in with my 6yo son. His first time for a haircut at a barber shop instead of at home from his uncle. My son got Paula and she was absolutely amazing with him and very patient. We both got a faux hawk. My son loved having his cut done by Paula. Like me, when the clippers goes near our ears, we giggle and shake our heads.
I, myself, have been going to Sports Clips at Valley Ranch in New Caney, Texas as well as at Northpark in Kingwood, Texas for years now and never have I been upcharged for a detailed haircut. I was wondering as to when this started up. I know that it has been almost 3 months since my last cut, but like I said, I have never been charged for such a thing. I was told that I can only get basic cuts to not be charged, but I have no idea what that is. Can someone tell me, what is considered a detailed haircut and was is a basic cut?
Server was in bad mood . Maybe not open on Sunday if it’s going to feel like an imposition
Too much pressure and attitude to tip. Why not give them a decent wage and true up the price of the haircut ?

All of the stylists there are great. They are friendly and cheerful. They make coming to this store a joy. I have been coming here for over 7 years. I have no reason to go anywhere else.
