My particular stylist, Angie, was great! Really a lovely, engaging person!
I only get my hair cut from sports clips I travel for work so I have been to locations all over the country. This was the first time at this location the hair cut took almost a hour and that has to be the longest ever. The lady had to ask another worker for help to finish it. I can understand people sometimes need help. But if she was not able to do it she should have let me know. I didn’t say anything to her as I didn’t wanna embarrass her. But it was a sub par hair cut compared to what I usually receive. Then I went to get my hair washed I asked for a double mvp as I always do. The towel I got was luke warm and there was barely a shampoo. I had to ask for the second towel and wash and the towel was even cooler. When it came to the neck and shoulder treatment it lasted for about two minutes and I could barely feel it like the massager had a low battery. I did not say anything to the lady as again I did not wanna embarrass her . When I went to pay they told me it was $59 I said why is it so expensive the co-worker said because of add ones I asked what add ons besides the double mvp? She argued back and forth and finally lowered the price. I will NEVER go back to this location. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a sports clips.

Service is great. I really like my one haircutter Drey , he is the best but all Sport Clips haircutters are very good.
The online application for Sport Clips is terrible. no it is worse than terrible. I have an account and it is almost impossible to make a reservation with the online app from a PC. It is so frustrating every time I try to use it.
This week I ended up driving to the store; that was faster than the app.
Worst app ever. Other than a terrible app, Sport Clips is great!
Fast effecient but a little high priced. Just a hair cut for me takes less than 10 minutes and cost me $24.00 + tip. That is $144.00 per hour.
Look for less expensive because I just get a cut.
I was drawn to the confidence and attention given to the details I was providing for my boys. The product is always smelling good and applying the hold it needs for the style.

Great staff attitude and experience.
First off I was not made aware of how the coupons are generated nor how they are allowed to be used. My son was given one at school a year or so ago we used. Then I received one for him via email and when we tried/used it they I assume managed said it had been used I said no ma’am she said I did not pay last time we visited I said yea I did it was 27 bucks for his last haircut. Then she said we’ll honor it this time but they aren’t allowed to be used more then once. I said ok well we did not used it more then once. She was somewhat rude to be honest.
I liked the message, and that I like the full service.
Always get a great haircut from Andrea and she always knows exactly what I want and what I mean.

I like using the app when I get ready to go in for a haircut to see how long the wait is. I like how pleasant all the barbers are when I am there and the quality of my haircuts and beard trims. I also really love the MVP treatment with the hot towels on the face, massages, and washing of my hair.
Your app could be improved DRAMTICALLY! My default i.e. FAVORITE tagged store should always show up first. Not the one with the least waiting time, nor the closest store. Those looking for the fastest or the closest down tag their favorite place. We like our stylist. We want to go to them every time we can.
Give me my stylist's schedule for the work week instead of making me call the store to see when she is going to be in.
Have my senior status connected with my phone number so I don't have to remind them every time they are checking me out. You could also let me select my default haircut so I don't have to say it every time. You could always "ask/suggest" and upgrade when I'm checking in on the app.

The new app was not an improvement. I have also heard other clients coming struggling. Almost too complicated for booking a haircut.
Within the apps I did wish the improvement could have been advanced scheduling so you could get your name on the list in the morning for an afternoon appointments.
Service was great and loved my haircut.
