About a year ago, I left you a review "Joe tried to cut my hair and failed. I have a simple haircut, but he left steps everywhere, nothing evenly blended. When I pointed it out he said "that's just your hair". When I asked for another stylist he became angry. I've never had someone who claimed to be a professional attempt to cut my hair the way this guy did. The person in charge had zero customer service skills. Will never go back to sports clips. Amateurs. "

In general, I find sports clips to be the place to go to get an inconsistent haircut. On occasion, you find someone who can cut hair well, and before long they move on to somewhere else. Probably because sports clips is not a great place to work. There always seems to be some drama going on between the employees. This is not just at one location either. If it is for this reason I will not get my haircut there anymore and if someone asks me about sports clips, I tell them "anywhere else!"

Very organized and user-friendly online appointment system. Well-trained and professional stylists.
The lady had multiple face piercings and clown makeup. Three times larhe eye lashes. I brought by 9 year old in for a haircut. He looked scared to sit in the chair. She put gel in his hair, rough combed it, then cut it. Such a weird situation. She talked in a strange squeaky voice. We are never going back.

If I could give higher than a 10 I would.Went in Friday,so happen lights were out but the women were holding it down with their phones finishing up a customer. Hands down that was awesome. I came back with my son and the first girl on the right her name was Viv fixed up my son real good after some not so great haircuts from previous spots she nailed it he was looking good! With crappy weather and lights off everyone had good vibes!
