As someone who requests Essie every time, it's always a pleasure to walk in and be welcomed by the staff as a regular. That being said, I will always request Essie because she knows exactly what she is doing with every customer. I see it every time I'm there and have to wait. She is an asset to this location and I'm hopeful to continue getting my hair cut by her for years to come.

I have taken my son multiple times, all different barbers and they have all messed up his hair. The last 2 said they would make a note of his haircut to prevent it at the mext haircut and there aren't any notes or records of any haircuts on his file. The only reason I keep going back is because of the availability of my schedule and the business which is readily available for appointments.

You sent me a coupon for a free haircut, had my haircut and went to front showed the lady my coupon and she said I couldn't use it, so I said you sent it to me but you won't let me use it, she said no sir I can't use it. Said it happened to a customer the week before too, thanks First name removed
