Your hairdressers are unfailingly warm & friendly. I take the first available one and my hair always gets done very well (very occasionally a tad short BUT it grows!) and my wait times are minimal. You have one happy customer, who tells others about you.

Tracey cuts my 14 year old's hair and we are so unbelievably happy we found her! We have tried a few others there and they are ok but Tracy is our girl! She just makes my shy son so very comfortable and listens to exactly what he wants. She truly cares and is such a sweetheart. She cuts it exactly the way he wants. It's so nice to leave after a hair cut and see a smile and not a sad face like we used to in the past. You have a rockstar working there who cuts hair so very well and is so good with her clients. I hope people like her get recognition for being such a special asset to your company. You don't ever want to lose anyone like her!

The supervisor was there and they didn't want to take care of my 8-month-old baby. They wanted to charge me 16 dollars. It was practically nothing because it was just practical so that the baby would get used to it and he would be able to appeal for a worker who wasn't even there at that time without To know the reality there were 4 women there I asked for the number from the general supervisor they denied that I have years in that place they believe that they can lie and manipulate the information that I do not have knowledge of, very rude and sharp, problematic, I am shocked by the seriousness and professionalism of those ordinary people

The product’s & service I receive from sports clips & from my stylist Cassy is above and beyond. Sports Clips is the only place that has all the products I use on a daily.
The lady that cut my hair cut it all wrong. First of all she left it longer than what I asked her to leave it at. One side of my head is lower than the other. Then you all charge $10.00 extra to use the shaver machine yet she left hairs around my ear. I will not go to that Sports Clips again. Charging $35.00 for a haircut and leaving it bad is not acceptable. I don’t know how you can make it right, maybe you can help me out with that.
The stylist I go to listens about what I need in my haircut.
