Giselle is great. Had a chubby the whole time
Cassey!! Once again, did a great job on both my haircut and beard.
I am sure everyone at one time has experienced or witnessed a child sitting atop a large pot or if you are at true large city salon, maybe they were sitting in a contraption specifically made for small kids in large chairs for haircuts. Point being regardless of what that child was sitting on, one thing was blatantly obvious, they DID NOT want to be there. Did not want the hairdresser touching them at all. Specially, with a large pair of shears while there parents stand by eewwing and awwwing with a camera in their hand taking pictures of their little adorable Billy, Susie or lil Johnny. I am quite certain there are many psychologist/psychiatrist out there that have purchased their own children Christmas over the therapy some of paid for to get over this horrifying event in their young life.
Most grow out of this about the age they realize that their looks and appearance can affect their social life in some manner. Operative word being "most". Although, I cannot admit me ignoring going to get a hair cut was in any way the same fear and fright youn g children had but it is somewhat similar. I avoided going to get a haircut for most of my late 20's and mid 30's. Primarily due to not having access to anyone in the area where I lived that knew me or what I wanted. Always seemed to be jokes at work after I tried someone new. So, I just let it grow and had it trimmed maybe 2-3 times a year. As I mentioned this used to be my approach for many, many years. Until, happenstance lead me to Giselle at the Woodlands location at 1440-C, Lake Woodlands Dr. From the very first visit, which is over 3.5 years now, the cut, the communication, the humor, the quickness of being seen and getting out. All have been efficient and enjoyable since day one. At this point in my life, I am now the guy that stands aside and laughs at Lil Susie over there crying as of she was told she had to sit at the table until she finished her green beans on her plate. I go every 3 weeks now and it is truly only because Giselle, her sense of humor, her quickness and her communication. Although, we only see each other and talk once or twice every month, I consider Giselle and friend and would do what I could to help her if there is ever a need.

Stylist could not edge my child’s hair. Said it was too advanced.
The way you have your tip selection set up on your checkout screen isn’t right . It almost forces you to to- at least 35% which is more than I want to tip. I am typically a good tipper for good service but the way you are set up doesn’t work for me.
