Diversity in knowing how to cut ALL hair types. Came in for a mid taper fade and she starting cutting my hair with scissors which lead to having to wait for another stylist to come complete the job. Was there for a hour to only get half of a haircut and it still was mediocre with a bad edge up.
Smile at the customers... The lady that cut my son's hair was not nice or friendly at all but she gave my son the exact haircut he wanted.

Easy in and out with the check in process
I've had 3 different stylists and each one has been well-trained and courteous. They listen to my concerns about my hair and they take care of me. (One of your regulars recommended Sports Clips to me when my stylist finally retired after 25 years.)
I live this location, located in a great busy spot. Easy to access and plenty of space. Check in process is extremely easy via the app and in person.
Kosha is one of the best. She attends to how I want my hair, playing close attention to detail and getting done within reasonable time.

Rachel does a fantastic job cutting our son’s very thin straight straight hair, and he always loves the cut. His hair is not forgiving and Rachel makes it look great. We’ve had literally years of bad hair cuts and I’m thankful we’ve found her.

The products are always top of the line and they smell great, the service has never let me down and their always efficient and fast with their work the staff are always polite and considerate, and the best part is the hair wash it's a great experience the way they use fragrant hot towels over the face while massaging your head with soap and conditioner is relaxing and a huge stress release I feel like a brand new man every time I leave that store completely satisfied ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Appt time supposed to be at 2pm. I arrived at 5 mins before and checked in site said ready in 5 at 20 mins site said 4 mins. Finally called me at 2:30. Hair was shaggy I told stylist to cut it short. Exact words were as short as you can get it and barely lay over. She started cutting about an eighth of an inch at a time. I had to tell her to cut more THREE TIMES. It took her an hour to do a simple haircut that usually takes 15-20 mins at sports clips. I have been coming to this same location for a couple years and never did I have to wait so long to get started or so long for a cut. It wastes my time and your businesses
