Fast effecient but a little high priced. Just a hair cut for me takes less than 10 minutes and cost me $24.00 + tip. That is $144.00 per hour.
Look for less expensive because I just get a cut.
I was drawn to the confidence and attention given to the details I was providing for my boys. The product is always smelling good and applying the hold it needs for the style.

First off I was not made aware of how the coupons are generated nor how they are allowed to be used. My son was given one at school a year or so ago we used. Then I received one for him via email and when we tried/used it they I assume managed said it had been used I said no ma’am she said I did not pay last time we visited I said yea I did it was 27 bucks for his last haircut. Then she said we’ll honor it this time but they aren’t allowed to be used more then once. I said ok well we did not used it more then once. She was somewhat rude to be honest.

I like using the app when I get ready to go in for a haircut to see how long the wait is. I like how pleasant all the barbers are when I am there and the quality of my haircuts and beard trims. I also really love the MVP treatment with the hot towels on the face, massages, and washing of my hair.
Your app could be improved DRAMTICALLY! My default i.e. FAVORITE tagged store should always show up first. Not the one with the least waiting time, nor the closest store. Those looking for the fastest or the closest down tag their favorite place. We like our stylist. We want to go to them every time we can.
Give me my stylist's schedule for the work week instead of making me call the store to see when she is going to be in.
Have my senior status connected with my phone number so I don't have to remind them every time they are checking me out. You could also let me select my default haircut so I don't have to say it every time. You could always "ask/suggest" and upgrade when I'm checking in on the app.

The new app was not an improvement. I have also heard other clients coming struggling. Almost too complicated for booking a haircut.
Within the apps I did wish the improvement could have been advanced scheduling so you could get your name on the list in the morning for an afternoon appointments.

The ONLY place that I go to get my hair cut. The service always begins with a kind welcome and very little wait time. All of the cutters/stylist are polite, thoughtful and thorough.
While I generally take the “first available”, Wendy cut my hair last and she is still amazing

Nice and friendly staff. Some rush you through the process to get to the next customer while others take more time and make you feel more welcome. It also shows on the quality of the haircut if they take more time to do it.
Quality of service, personality of professionals and price
Service is great. I really like my one haircutter Drey , he is the best but all Sport Clips haircutters are very good.
The online application for Sport Clips is terrible. no it is worse than terrible. I have an account and it is almost impossible to make a reservation with the online app from a PC. It is so frustrating every time I try to use it.
This week I ended up driving to the store; that was faster than the app.
Worst app ever. Other than a terrible app, Sport Clips is great!
