Casey knows how to cut hair. My hair isn’t the easiest to cut correctly. She scissor cuts my hair and it comes out really great. The people that work there are very friendly. I just moved to Mountain Home this year, and Casey was recommended by someone I met - and sure glad he did. Finding someone to cut hair is always tough - and I’m happy to have found Casey.

This would be my first time giving feedback, but I thought it was important to let you know. I went to get a haircut at your Deer Park, Tx. location. I waited to arrive at the location till right before 9am because it won’t allow you to check-in till then. I walked to the door and it was locked at 9am. I looked online to double check you open at 9am. It said 9am. I waited…..eventually I heard the door being unlocked at 9:05am. The person didn’t even open the door to welcome me in. I thought that is rude in a customer service setting. You’re late then don’t open the door and at least apologize. When I walked in, I checked in on the iPad. The lady said, did you check in? I started sarcastically with “good morning.” She said did you check in. I shut my mouth at this point because it’s not worth it and I regretted the sarcasm immediately. I just thought in my mind, we could ALL do better.

I don't think it's right to charge extra for the stylist to use the shaver's when you ask for a bald fade. When stylist first started using them, there was no additional charge to use them. Now there is a 8 to 10 dollar additional charge for the use of this tool. This is unusual since the shaver tool is required to produce a bald fade.
It is very nice to be treated like a special guest.
The lady who cut my hair was great and did a great job. No complaints there. However you sent me an add for a free haircut and after tip and upgrades it cost over $50. A bit much for a haircut.
