I always get treated very well.
There has a been a shift in culture at the Kingwood-Lake Houston store for the last few months that makes it hard to return, no matter how inexpensive your haircuts are and how convenient your location is — I live in walking distance and we don’t have a lot of hairdressers in the area that can compete with your price point. Personally, I received a terrible haircut and customer service from a new woman in August, only to find out that she’s the manager. I didn’t say anything but didn’t return for months. This month, when I attempted to return after that initial experience, I was disappointed and frustrated by her poor customer service, inability to read the room and non-verbal communication. I didn’t allow her to cut my hair but she attempted to rectify my haircut that was just completed by another woman in the store.
I’d like to personally speak with an owner, operator or district manager. This woman does not belong at Kingwood Sport Clips. She does not reflect the mission and vision of your brand and she will kill any profit you might be making.

I never have to wait long for my haircut. The app makes it easy to select my stylist and advise wait time before I leave home.
I always get a very good cut from any Sport Clips stylist and I really like the VIP treatment. Jackie did an excellent cut for me this week and followed my instructions. I will be booking with Jackie on my future cuts.

My stylist, Rosie, was fantastic! She gave me such a great haircut even my wife commented on how good I looked. I highly recommend Sports Clips and thank you Rosie for giving me a really great haircut.

My little 6-year boys 8 min. trim job cost 30 dollars. She barely trimmed anything. I understand inflation but 30 dollars for a little boy's haircut and it wasn't even that good of a trim. I won't be back. Super cuts charges 13-16 dollars. Half of the price!
Fast, convenient, fairly priced
Did a great job with haircut. Stylist not very talkative that day. Got a vibe that some stylist prefer regulars over walk ins. Their is one stylist that I really like, will just start requesting her every time I go. Overall great place, the ladies do a good job. Just a weird vibe from some as a walk in that day.

Everyone was nice, professional and engaging. The stylist was receptive of the haircut I wanted and ensured that’s the haircut I got.
I had a pretty drastic change in my haircut from what I entered the salon with and she confirmed several times that what I was asking for was actually what I wanted.
In the end, great job. I will be returning.
