Employees seemed overworked for the amount of business they were expected to handle. They were very nice, but there needed to be more people helping out to keep wait times short.

The Kingwood location is professional and provides a friendly atmosphere. Tracy is the best hair stylist I have ever been to for a hair cut. She is attentive and friendly providing you with exactly what you want in a hair style. I highly recommend the Kingwood Sport Clips and Tracy for a great hair style experience.

MVP status is well worth it
We brought in a photo for reference. The haircut we got was NOTHING like the reference photo, and was far too short. The bangs in particular are awful. Worst haircut with a stylist who obviously didn't care.
There's nothing you can do to make it right other than counsel your stylists to actually listen to their clients and pay attention to what they want.
Stylists need to learn how to fade. Seems like a basic expectation for a men's hair salon.

Patricia is amazing. I'm an old geezer, and I can't see when my glasses are off. So I tell her that she has to be my eyes. She also does my eyebrows (because I can't manage them now that I need glasses). My daughter and grandson were with me this time, so I turned down the shampoo because it would take longer, and she didn't try to change my mind.
I used to get my hair cut at the place up the street, and now, I only go to Patricia.
When my grandson needed a haircut, I would bring him to her, too. Now though, he wants his hair to grow out like his friend Andrew.

I like how easy you to get on the list with my preferred stylist via email app and don't have to wait in line at the location.
Somehow the hair stylist don't understand their client or they're not just paying attention she asked me I wanted my hair done I told her and apparently she did it her way anyway not good

My hair stylist Michelle is great.
It didn't appear that the associate wanted to be there that early. She didn't say much during my time there and when I mentioned the massager appeared to need a charge, she just said they were wearing out and continued using it.
The stylists are friendly and talented. All hygienic and cosmetic products smell great.
