I went in for a simple undercut, but Tami provided full MVP service. I was not aware that cuts and shampoos were available for women, but she proved otherwise. I was absolutely pleased with her service and will return.

Patty rocks! She does an excellent job. I'm on the senior circuit, and my eyes are not great. I can't see for crap without my glasses. I tell her she's my eyes, and that I want it to look good and respect my cowlick (cuz if it's not respected, it becomes unmanageable). She also has good product advice. She touches me to show where she's asking about how to do my sideburns, so I don't need to look. Other barbers just ask, and I have to put my glasses on to answer.

My daughter is a widowed veteran, and so I take my grandson when he needs a haircut. He likes Patty, too. He's trying to grow his hair long, now, though.

The barber kept asking me which “guard” to use on my son’s head. I don’t know. I’m not a barber. I just explained what we wanted to do on his head and I expect the barber to know which tools to use to get that result.

The haircut I received was not a good one at all. When I got to the store, Olga immediately checked me in and took me to the chair in the back and I explained to her that I didn’t want anything cut off the top, but I wanted to number one guard with a high fate and blended in. Immediately she tells me I have too much product in my hair, which I didn’t, I use the same amount that I normally do, but I use the got to be glue product so my hair doesn’t really move, but it was minimal what I used. So with that she tells me she has to wash my hair. She washes my hair and put on a hot towel for less than a minute. then during the cut she seems to have trouble with trying to use a number one guard and fading in. Denny asked me how I want the back and I tell her I wanted it tempered. She went very high when she tapered it, higher than usual and it was uneven. Then upon the completion, she asked me if I want the massage on my shoulders and I ask her why don’t you wanna wash out the hair before you give me a massage. She says that she will have to ask her manager because she needs to charge me for another hair wash. Ask her what do you mean? Why would you charge me because you’re the one who wanted to wash my hair cause I had product. She asked her manager, I think her name is Angie. She was sitting right next August station instead of talking to me directly which I’m right there, she tells Olga that she can charge me seven dollars for an additional hair wash. So I tell her that is ridiculous. I’m not going to pay seven dollars for a hair wash when she didn’t need to wash my hair to begin with. I just told her I’m leaving, I didn’t get the massage and tell her the service was bad. Overall, my hair look pretty bad in the back and on the side cause it’s uneven.

Olga did a pretty bad job cutting my hair. To start things off she told me I had too much product in my hair, which I really didn’t but she said she wanted to wash my hair so I let her. Then she seemed to have trouble doing a high fade with the number one guard and blending it because she took entirely way too long for that. My hair is uneven, and then I asked for a taper in the back and she went really high when she tapered my hair. Then she asked me if I wanted a massage so I asked her if she’s gonna wash all the hair off of me first and then she said she had to ask her manager which I think her name is Angie (mgr on duty at 1:45 pm). She communicated she’d have to charge me and then I heard Angie tell her to charge me seven dollars extra for an additional hair wash. Needless to say, I tell her I’m not paying for another hair wash and she should’ve communicated that she was doing my hair wash in the beginning that it would count for the hair wash. She didn’t even cut my hair at all. she used clippers so there was no need for her to wash my hair actually. Overall, I was charged $32 for a horrible service and a bad haircut. I’ve been going to this location for years. I never had any issues, but this time was a first. The stylist didn’t seem to know what she’s doing, and the manager didn’t say anything for service recovery, she didn’t even try to speak to me she was saying things in front of me to her employee rather than speaking to me in person

Took my son to get his hair cut, the top of his hair looks horrible. It wasn’t blended at all and you can see it.

I like the fact that you can login online and show right before it’s time for you to get your haircut and Andrea who always cut my hair did another amazing job.
