The wait was very short and quality customer service.
The stylists re always very friendly and efficient. Sport Clips keeps me details on file, which the stylist then verifies. Today, I was taken care of by Giselle, who has cut my hair previously. She always does such an outstanding job.

My entire experience felt rushed, and the stylists had to constantly break from their haircuts to attend to guests at the counter, giving me the feeling they weren't fully engaged with their current cut. I also had to go behind the stylist to fix things once I got home because of the "rush".
The solution is to have an employee dedicated to the front counter, which would solve all of the issues listed above.
