Not sure why my daughter was charged for MVP AND an extra $10 precision cut. She didn’t receive any of the MVP treatments. It was given a varsity cut plus precision…
Her cut was fine but layers weren’t freshened up. The focus was solely on the precision but not on the whole haircut.
I receive a trim and freshen up layers and my layers just look so sad. The bottom layer is thick and heavy and the rest of the “layers” are so light and whispy that my hair looks so weird. I’m giving it a few days to hopefully end up relaxing and looking better. But we’re not likely to return.
Honestly, I’d love a refund but I really don’t want to go back into the store. I’m happy for it to be a lesson learned and we’ll look elsewhere next time :)
I only let Alex give me a haircut and shampoo!. Outstanding work at 110 %.

Signing in is easy and if you select the next available stylist the wait time is usually very short. I can easily communicate with the stylist about my hair cut and they always give me what I ask for. They clean me up pretty good too so i can keep going without having to go home and remove any loose hair that is still on me. My kind of haircut.
I like that you can check wait times. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Brandy has been cutting my hair for a very long time now. I am always happy with their service, attitude and professionalism. I am always please with the cut that she does have even waited when she had time off until I could have my haircut by her. as long as she is available I will not let no one else cut my hair
