What I like is the time you take. I am dealing with some sort of knee issue, and through you I found Dr. Cole (who helped first pain, but has referred me to PT for the new pain). I also purchased new shoes, and your employee spent alot of time with me then, including time on the treadmill. And lastly, on another visit Joel looked at my gait and spent some time talking with me about it, and volunteered to work with me again (because he only had his phone camera, not his larger one). My problem is not yet solved, but I hope I am making progress, and so appreciate the help your staff has given me.

Having rheumatoid arthritis and noticing changes in my feet, my "fit expert" (I call her that!) was able to select a great pair of shoes and inserts just for me. She was patient, listened to me, and taught me much. I was not a quick sell; my fit expert hung in there with me until I was satisified with the fit. I have already recommended Fleet Feet to friends!

So, when my hubby says, "Can you run by and pick me up my favorite shoes." You already know what they are. We're busy parents- so being able to dash in and get what we need is great.
I already have recommended your product and service two several people since my visit there yesterday. Prior to this, I've always purchased my shoes from chain stores, but I noticed that I was feeling pain after my runs.
Yesterday was an incredible experience. I was filmed running, and the sales associate (I wish I could remember her name) recommended my shoes. I love them. More importantly, I ran farther and faster last night, and today I have no hip pain.
