Your staff is excellent. They appear to be happy. Many places have informed staff - capable staff - coureous staff. 'Happy' can not be trained, per se, this aspect sets your business apart.

I love the services offered by fleet feet. I love the free clinics, the product tastings and free samples, and the weekly e-mails. The running programs such as No Boundaries, Full and Half Marathon trainings, etc are amazing. The coaches, staff of FF, and other runners make it a positive and rewarding experience.
I've had issues with my feet for years. I've tried every different brand and type of shoe out there and finally resigned myself to the idea that my feet would probably always ache. It wasn't until going to Fleet Feet and having one of their "fitters" video my feet and show me exactly what was going on with them and what needed to be done to correct them, that I had a pair of shoes that really, really fit and supported my feet. The difference was immediately noticeable. I will definitely shop Fleet Feet for my running shoes from now on!
Employees are very helpful and informative. They do not try and sell you something you don't need or try and sell you the most expensive item.
It's really all about the service for me. I don't mind paying the extra (versus ordering online) because the staff is so friendly and knowledgable. I was in there last week and the salesperson who helped me (I can't remember her name) was AWESOME! I explained my situation and she was amazingly helpful and I got just the shoe I wanted. She should probably get a raise :)

Whitney was very helpful in fitting me an my son in some running shoe's I was so happy my experience. I am so glad I went to Fleet Feet for my shoe's.
I am a beginer runner, so I needed a lot of help. Casey was patient and very helpful with me. I never at any time felt like I was going to ask a stupid question or make a silly comment. I feel very confident the shoes Casey help me select are going to serve me well. Overall a very satisfying purchase with exceptional customer service. This is very important to me and I wish other merchants had half as much customer service as Fleet Feet. I was even more impressed when I overheard another store worker say to her customer, "We want you to be happy, that is our goal". What a wonderful statement for a customer to hear!!!! Keep up the good work, and count me as a customer who will be back.
I liked that the the guy who helped me (Joel) was super friendly and very welcoming. I was only in the store about 90 seconds and he said hi and asked how he could help.

I wish I had visited your store sooner. It was recommended by a physical therapist who was helping me with foot pain. The assistant was courteous, very helpful, and helped me feel comfortable talking about the problem. Best of all, I can now walk with less pain. I will be back! Thank you!

I am not very familiar with your products since I am jjust beginning to run but I believe my favorite thing about the store is your staff. Everyone is amazing. I needed some help and Drew took the time to help and explained everything that I needed to do. I feel that the most important thing a store can have is good service.
