They took time to measure my feet. Staff are knowledgable runners. The price of the shoes are the same as the same models at "cheaper" discount stores.
The service was very prompt and professional. I got fitted at the Blue Dome store but had to come south to buy shoes in my size. The girl that helped me (I wish I could remember her name!) was very helpful and answered all my silly questions with patience and humour. I needed inserts for my shoes, and she was thorough and honest in explaining what they would do for me, and how to break them in. For a new runner, I found my experience at this store, and the Blue Dome store to be satisfying and encouraging.

The service was was very prompt and professional. This was my first time getting a fitting for running shoes and the associate explained every step and the importance of getting the correct fit. When it turned out the Blue Dome store didn't have my size in stock, the clerk immediately called the Kingspointe store to see if they had that size in stock. All in all, it was a very productive and encouraging experience.
Typically outstanding service, and I don't say this to be critical, but to be helpful. I was in your store on Yale Fri. to grab a new pair of shoes - was told out of stock, but your BD store has them and will send over for pick-up Sat. (So far all is great!). Was busy Sat., so came by on Sun. afternoon w/ 2 of my boys, but after much searching was told shoes not there, but a pair was downtown at BD. (kinda frustrated - not by the people but the fact that the product transfer from one store to another didn't happen as discussed and planned). Everyone was very polite and kind, just thought you should be aware of it - can't improve what you don't know about. Big fan of your store, so no big deal but see little room to improve.
Shoes ran great Sun afternoon - boys and dog went too!

I don't know the name of my sales associate, but she was phenomenal. Looked up my last pair of shoes I bought in your system, brought out the newer model with 2 others to try on, and I was out the door. As usual, it's the most comfortable pair of shoes I have. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Could not possibly be happier with my experience. As always, A+!
