I have never been personally or properly fitted for a pair of athletic shoes. After an appt with a joint dr, she suggested if I continued exercise I needed a very good shoe. Remembered my friend telling me about going to your store and how pleased she was with the service and quality of shoe. I have never wore a more comfortable well fitted shoe. I was even buying the wrong size. Appreciated the help given from employee. She was so helpful.

I was helped both times I went it. I felt very comfortable, even though running is not something with which I am comfortable at all.
I came to you because you all came highly recommended by Bryan Wesson and Risk Green. Everyone one was very knowledgeable and I had never had my walk video taped on a treadmill which made so much sense to me. I am very excited about the walking program starting in February. I ask to have shoes recommended to me versus looking at them and all the different colors etc. I wanted to be directed based on my foot and my walk. I was recommended the Brooke Dyiad, it is awesome for me. They had to order my size, which was fine. Then when I picked them up, they cut my orthodic to fit my shoe and told me the schedule on how to break them in. All things I appreciated knowing. I feel like these shoes were made just for me.
If you don't think the mascot dressed up at races and holding a sign "do your feet hurt" works, it does. I was walking the Jingle Bell race and my feet were killing me, after the race I went directly to your Fleet Feet Store.

My first experience shopping for running shoes at Fleet Feet turned me into a lifelong loyal customer. They took the time to film my feet as I ran on the treadmill and review the footage with me to explain exactly why I needed a particular type of shoe. They were patient while I tried on several pairs and I was shocked when they had me take them for a test run around the outside of the building. They genuinely wanted to help me find THE perfect pair of shoes for me. Those shoes carried me through my very first half marathon. I like supporting a local business that takes a genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
I love coming to Fleet Feet because I always feel like I get personalized service that I can trust. Laura waited on us to help us fit my daughter for some running shoes. She was my coach when I went through the Couch to 5K class, so it was great to see her. Once a coach, always a coach. I love supporting local businesses, so I naturally want to support Fleet Feet. Also, I appreciate the training groups that they offer. The groups are very inclusive, unlike any other training group I've experienced in the Tulsa area. When going on long runs, I appreciate knowing that "no man is left behind."

Amazing customer service! I love that they are able to look in the system to see the size/type of shoes I have bought in the past so I don't have to be refitted every time.
