I will continue to buy my shoes from Fleet Feet and would recommend it, but it always seems to take 2 tries when buying new shoes. The past 2 times I have needed new shoes, the first pair I bought did not end up fitting properly and I had to come back and be refitted. Maybe everyone needs some retraining on how to fit a shoe? That being said, I still love the place because I eventually end up with the shoe that works best.
It's more about the service than products however I do like that you carry major running brands and gear. I can get the same products online, sometimes a little cheeper, however the knowledge of the staff and willingness to give their opinions about the products keeps me coming back. There is always someone offering their help as soon as I walk through the door. I also appreciate the event email detailing activities around town, I've participated in many fleet feet sponsored events and they are always fun and well put together.
Every thing the store represents and the people that work there are always so helpful. I received excellent treatment and service. I had an issue with a product and received help from Olga the very day I came in and am very pleased.

Total customer service from the moment we walked in the door... Taphy was extremely knowledgable, but wasn't a know it all :) she made sure we understood what our options were... She was guiding us at every turn.... but I totally felt I freely choose my new running shoes... and I love them... My husband and I found out about Fleet Feet through friends on face book... and we both paid it forward by posting on Facebook about the great experience we had at the store...

My feet already don't hurt as much. The salesman listened to what I wanted and found a great shoe. For what it's worth, I am not a runner...I swim and lift weights.

I liked that your employees knew the products in the store, how they worked, and were very personable. I walked in, walked up to a store associate, told them what I was looking for, and they were very happy to help me, with a smile on her face. That was very refreshing. I will most likely come back to buy more products in the future and tell friends about your store too.
