I really like that your employees take the time to ask the right questions... they aren't trying to just sale a shoe. They are truly interested in making the experience positive and making sure you have the best fit possible for your activity level, stride and body type. Olga was fantastic at asking me key questions about my running habits and needs. She did a FIT assessment of my running stride and was able to get me into a proper fitting shoe. She never pushed a certain brand or even pushed the sell of the shoe at all. She focussed on the fit and making sure my needs were met. This is why I recommend Fleet Feet to all the people I run with on a regular basis and those that are just getting started. Superior customer service and a positive experience like this cannot be found anywhere else in Tulsa, especially at a running store. Way to go Fleet Feet!

We liked that there was someone readily available to help us as soon as we walked into the store. We also liked the thorough explanation given by the associate (David) with regard to our individual feet. I particularly liked how clean the store was (it's a woman thing!)
It was also nice that we each had a few pair to choose from. We will definitely be back!

The service was amazing! As a new runner, I was a bit nervous about shopping at Fleet Feet because I knew very little about what a good pair of shoes would be. Your employees were very helpful and attentive and eased my worries completely. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be returning for my future running shopping needs.

When we bought the shoes and socks (for my wife), it was the first time someone actually measured her feet and videoed them as she walked. The young lady fitting her was very knowledgeable about the product and put her in a size she had never tried before. The shoes fit VERY good and she is quite pleased.

I thought the customer service I got there was fantastic. I felt welcomed into the store from the moment I walked in, and everyone was helpful in making sure I bought what I needed. The experience of the employees in knowing how to fit a shoe was hugely important to me, and for that alone, I'll be back the next time I need something.
