Customer service and true love for my dogs
It was my dog's first visit to Dogtopia on Dec 18. He's been going to daycare since he was a baby so he was right at home with the staff and made furry friends quickly! I like that the facility is very clean and that the staff is very attentive. The extended hours are very convenient.

There are so many things I love about your services! First and foremost, your willingness to work with my pup through her shyness on her first day at day care meant so much. Whenever I checked in on her via the live stream, I could tell that she trusted the humans in the room (something I've never seen before). Speaking of live streams... the live stream was amazing! I loved that I could check in on my pup in real time and watch her play. I also appreciated that I was sent a video of my pup playing halfway through the day. It certainly helped ease my mind that she was adjusting well! My pup also received a bath while there and I appreciated you taking the time to towel dry her as she is sensitive to loud noises. Not to mention, she smells amazing and is so soft! I loved the flexible pick up and the report card provided was very informative and great! So many reasons as to what I like about your services. 10/10!

The staff are super professional and sweet! My pup absolutely adored them, and I know he’s so eager to return. The facilities are perfect for a dog—they interact with a variety of breeds and personality types, and teaches him to be a well-behaved and adjusted dog.

My puppy had a great time! She was very happy to spend time with other dogs and at the end of the day was very happy to see us. She was tuckered out so we let her rest. We really enjoyed all the things included about her day. The webcams also give a lot of reassurance!
