Friendly, convenient, welcoming

Staff are very friendly and good with my dog, cameras make it easy to check in. My only complaint is cost. In comparison to other local doggy daycares, Dogtopia is $10 more per day. As much as I love the staff, I don’t think I can keep justifying the cost.

Good customer service, hours and availability.

I love Dogtopia Decatur! I like knowing my dogs have a safe place to be while I am working long hours. Not only do my babies love it, I know they are being loved on while they are there. We love the activities, events and enrichment activities, the webcam, flexible hours and the staff. Everyone is very attentive and loves your dog like their own.

The personal touch - that they genuinely like dogs!

I really appreciate the woman with the dreads (sorry didn’t catch her name) taking a little extra time to access my dog for the meet and greet. I didn’t really think my dog would pass but she gave my Nova a chance and was able to see that she is a very sweet dog under all her timidity. I also LOVE that I was able to watch my dog socializing with all the other dogs. You can tell that they really make sure ALL their dogs are able to peacefully mingle. I felt no nervousness at all about a possible dog fight or something. I will definitely be coming here for a long time.

It catered to nurses like me that works 7a-7p. Their hours is very convenient for me. Excellent customer service.

Potato thrives at daycare! I have peace of mind. I love all the activities that are planned and the staff who work there are the best! I’ve tried three daycares but Dogtopia’s hours drew me in but all the extras are what keeps me there.

Everyone is so friendly and truly cares about our dog! She gets so excited every time we go there and loves the staff so much! We never worry about her when she’s at Dogtopia. It truly is her home away from home!

I liked being able to see, while in the reception area, the camera views of the play area, how the digs were interacting and how the handlers were working with them.

Dogtopia makes every work day easier for me! I get to drop of my puppy (who is SO excited to go each morning) and then I don't have to worry about him at all during the day. Bonus is that he sleeps for hours when we get home :) The staff is so kind and helpful and the fun, almost daily, events make it even more exciting to take my dog there!

I love this place! I totally trust them with my dog and know she is well cared for while she’s there. The staff is great! They’re friendly, fun and very knowledgeable and the facility is extremely clean. I will not take my dog anywhere else!
