And I want to express how Happy I was with the service I received.
The Gentleman at the desk was Very Knowledgeable and He has excellent Customer service.
My dog was a little nervous at first but she warmed up really quick and I think she had fun🤗
The only complaint was that I couldn't monitor her on the Webcam.
At least not her playroom.

The trainers are very knowledgeable about dogs. It is also easy to see that they care about the pets there.
Customer services is great. The app is very convenient for online reservations! Once my pup got used to going, he doesn't hate it as much as he did before. He's attached and is a bit anxious but I think he feels comfortable going now!

Everyone is welcoming. The Veterinarians are terrific and very patient with all my new puppy questions, and have given me great advice on cage training and separation anxiety issues. The staff is cheerful, efficient, and excellent at keeping me informed every step of the appointment. Ask about the program for puppies, it will save you money! I recommend this practice!!!

My dog and I LOVE Dogtopia. Ollie is so excited to go to "school" every morning and can't wait to get through the door in the morning! It's so fun to get photos of him during the day enjoying his treat or participating in the many activities they have throughout the month. Dogtopia has enhanced our life in so many ways and I am so thankful to have a place to drop him off while I'm at work!

Everything. #1 it is obvious everyone who works at Dogtopia actually likes/loves dogs #2 all the extras like the special Thanksgiving meal #3 extremely reasonable pricing considering the level of service #4 Y’all don’t nickel and dime charging for things like giving a dog his or her medication #5 and really it’s number one, I know my dog is safe there.
