The facility is clean and the employees care about the dogs.

The staff I had communication with from the very beginning has been fantastic! I received a text that my dog passed his meet and greet testing within 20 minutes of me leaving the facility. They are extremely knowledgeable, personable and genuinely interested in your needs and concerns. My dog Otis, played hard his first day & the staff were very attentive as I watched on the doggie cam.

We love Dogtopia Decatur! They take great care of my babies while I am working all day and I never have to worry about them. Anytime I check in on them I get responses quickly (usually with pictures) and can see they’re having a blast! Plus they’re exhausted when I pick them up so we all sleep great!

I love the updates form the Coaches, I like all the different activities, I love the webcams. I only wish that the webcams were on longer on weekends or we got photos sent more often when dogs were boarded over the weekends. But really no complaints. I've been a member for 4 months and super happy.

My dog has never had such a safe place to burn all his puppy energy. He’s made great friends at Dogtopia and we love how they take care of him! The webcams are a special touch so we can check in on puppy during the day.

Hands down, my favorite business in Decatur! The Canine Coaches are conscious and intentional about watching over their pack. The manager is outstanding as well as anyone at the front desk - so friendly and loving to their pet parents! But overall, I am SO grateful that my dogs have a safe and fun place to be while they are not with us. Dogtopia Decatur is definitely our dogs’ (and our) second family. I love that when I pick them up, they smell better than when I dropped them off!

Rosie absolutely loves Dogtopia! They take such wonderful care of her when she’s there. We’ve done daycare a few times and boarded several times, and Dogtopia is the best. My favorite thing about them is the webcams so I can always look in on my pup. Every time Rosie goes there, she comes home happy but very tired, the sign of a great, fun day.

Dogtopia is super clean and approachable! All of the staff has been super friendly and responsive. The scheduled events throughout the month make it fun, and my puppy is always so excited for drop off! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dog daycare/boarding place!

Great service

Our dog did well and was in a smaller group of dogs! The only thing I'd say could be improved is just the introduction for new clients. The process and facility seemed pretty opaque in terms of what people could expect for our dogs to get. Like do they go outside at all or what are the snack schedules, etc. Really nice people but it did seem to be a bit understaffed on the day we came.

I like the fact that the Decatur location provides all dog-related services (e.g. daycare, spa, boarding). The location is not convenient for me but the customer service is good and the dog services provided necessary so I make the trip to the Decatur location.

I absolutely love Dogtopia and so does my German Shepherd! He gets so excited when he understands he is going to day camp, he can hardly contain himself. He runs in circles, wiggling and jumping with excitement. And, Dogtopia's staff is so well-trained and caring and the general manager, Lindsey Philips, is a truly gifted "dog whisperer." Without a doubt, Dogtopia has truly been a life saver for both me and my dog over this past year. Thanks, Dogtopia!

I love the hours of operation. It gives me flexibility in my day to run errands and focus on heavy meeting or task days at work. The facility is very clean and designed with the dogs in mind. The calendar of events is very cute especially the IG page. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. When I come to pick up my puppy he is happy and tired from all the play. It is a really good place for my dog.
