Really appreciate the cordial welcome Riley and I received when we visited Dogtopia. Staff was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to meet. Obviously, they like what they do and particularly love their pups!!!!

All of the staff at Dogtopia are amazing! They always communicate with me even they are having a fun event & want yo see if my dog wants to participate. If they see any changes or anything different about my dog, they immediately reach out to me to make me aware. They are very caring & compassionate. Love it here!

I've been a daycare member for quite a while and have always been happy with your services/people until recently. For the past month or so you have been understaffed and because of that I have suspended my membership. We'll see how it goes. If it doesn't improve I will cancel my membership. I'm not going to continue to pay you to keep my dog in a crate all day.

We recently moved to the area and we have been very impressed with the team at Dogtopia Decatur. They are extremely attentive and take great care in making sure that your dog is comfortable and taken care of. Our dog is definitely spoiled since we work from home and are with him all the time. I never have concerns leaving him with the staff at Dogtopia Decatur for daycare or boarding.

Variety activities offered to dogs

We take our dog to the spa. He comes out smelling fresh and clean. The only issue is that we ask to be called when he’s done, and sometimes that doesn’t happen. We have to call to find out if he’s ready to be picked up.

I love knowing my pup with be safe and taken care of while I work long shifts! I can watch her on the nanny cams and see her happy and having fun with her friends!
