First off the facility is clean and organized, but the best thing is how welcoming the staff is. They instantly made my anxious dog have the best and as a first time dog parent made me feel like my dog was in safe and secure hands. Having the webcams is also a great addition. 10/10 service.

Sadie loves Dogtopia, she gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is absolutely amazing.
My dog loves it there. The staff are friendly and appear to genuinely enjoy being with Julia and the other dogs. The process at the front desk to drop off and pick up is efficient, as is the billing process.
Workers no my pets by name and greet them happily by their name. Teddy and Toby love to visit. The workers take excellent care of my boys.
They have so much fun there they sleep most of the evening.
The staff are so friendly and you can tell they all really love dogs! My dog is always happy to go to doggie daycare!

What do I like about Dogtopia Aurora? Everything! Their staff is exceptional, they really care about the dogs and want what's best for them as if they're caring for their own dog. The building is well-kept and clean, and their boarding suites are beautiful! My dog is so happy when he comes to play and always looks sad when he leaves!

Amazing staff and facility condition!
The staff are fantastic and it’s clear they love the dogs and enjoy being with them. I feel it’s a safe environment for my dog and staff is great at letting me know how my dog is doing when he’s there. I love being able to check in on my dog through the webcams. I am able to see how staff are interacting with the dogs and I’m always pleased with what I observe. I recommend Dogtopia to everyone!

I use Dogtopia weekly so I have a day to myself to do necessary & fun things that my pup cannot do!
Dogtopia Applewood is run very professionally. There are front of house staff & back of house (playroom) staff AND then completely separate staff to run the dogs back and forth between these two areas.
Smudge is excited to arrive and excited to leave…well, only because the front desk staff shower him with so many pets & scratches…I can’t actually get him to LEAVE the building with me!
He is a very happy boy and I feel very secure knowing he is being well looked after…and being able to check in throughout the day on the webcams is great fun…as long as I remember he’s there so that I can work (sometimes I get lost watching the shenanigans!)
We are very happy to have landed here at Dogtopia Applewood!
grooming is great, doggy daycare keeps my girl tired and social. I have used the boarding and it was pretty easy book and affordable and the care seemed good
