From a pet parent's perspective, the Dogtopia Aurora team LOVES our Golden Lab and are incredibly supportive of our family. We can tell that our pup LOVES them and the care and attention they give him, as he pulls like a freight train to get in the door when we arrive. We are so VERY HAPPY that they consider him a part of their family. Anna, Amelia, Sophie, Lauryn, Mo, Kendra, Josh & Josh, Ryley, Ryan, Samantha, Tasia, Victoria, Zach and the entire team have gone out of their way to care for our family.
Ironic to receive this survey today, as just this morning, I recommended Dogtopia Aurora to a neighbour of mine who was walking by with their new puppy.
From webcams, toys to play with, beds & crates for quiet time & space to be alone when needed, to multiple rooms depending on your dog's size & personality (large? =) ), they get individual attention by the excellent, professional staff, and every visit results in an exhausted pup who just wants to sleep all night from his playing all day.

An excellent grooming done by Beckey at your Dundas location in Missisauga.
The staff are so friendly and great with my dog. My dog usually hates strangers and he loves everyone at Dogtopia. When I ask him if he wants to go see his friends at Dogtopia, he gets extremely excited and starts running around the house and to the front door.

Clean facility. Knowledgeable and friendly staffs. I really like the idea staff is on duty 7/24. I know when my girl boarding with them, someone is there during the night. Meet and greet experience was really nice. I can tell Anna the owner and the staffs are caring and loving my girl. We are glad to find this amazing place for my girl to stay when we are on vacation. Thank you so much!!!

The entire team are always so pleasant and very easy to deal with at all times.
I think the staff at this location are great with the dogs. I love how there is always something going on … arranging photo shoots, special day (valentines for example) treats and other treat days through the month. I also like how I can arrange for my dog to get groomed while he is in daycare.

Facility, attitude of the people.
Dogtopia has been wonderful for our puppy Rocky! We mainly send him for socializing and he’s had a blast so far because he makes new friends everytime and he’s gotten used to being around other dogs. It’s really helped with his attitude! Dogtopia is also very conveniently located in Burlington and offers so many services like grooming, behavior training, boarding, etc. Would definitely recommend it!
Everyone is super friendly and cares so much about truly making it the best day ever for all the dogs. When I see how excited Gibby is when we pull 8n the parking lot, I know he loves being there.
