Friendly staff, webcams helpful to see how your dog is doing in daycare.

We bring our dog (Luna) to Dogtopia Douglasglen a few times a month just for daycare, but we also bring her in for nail trims and any boarding for when we go on trips. She always gets excited to go see her friends, and the staff are always amazing. We're the type of dog parents that want to see her while we're on vacation so the fact she's on webcam most times during the day, it makes our vacations more enjoyable that we can watch her (more often then we'd like to admit).

Staff are wonderful, attentive, and clearly enjoy what they do. It has been more than a year and Bluey loves going so much he starts crying when he realises where we are on the drive over and pulls all the way from the car to the front door to see his friends.

Incredibly easy to book in for daycare or boarding, whether online or by phone. Only used boarding a small amount of times but he always comes back tired and relaxed (albeit with food leftover because he's 100% too excited to eat sometimes).

Fun activities organised by dogtopia are always enjoyable for Blue and for us if there are photos too. Happy there have been changes in grooming as one team (third party) was not efficient at all but dogtopia staff clearly listening to feedback to improve this service and have since replaced that team to be in house again

I absolutely LOVE the team at Dogtopia! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are amazing with Doj and I know he has the best time when he is there.. he comes home very tired from all the fun. The gang is like family and we are so lucky to have such a wonderful group to have Doj with while we are at work.

We love Dogtopia they treat zero like family and he is always big smiles when we pick him up. I never have to worry about him there as they take excellent care of him, you can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend Meadowvale to everyone as our experience has always been amazing. Any issue is resolved to full satisfaction I don’t think they could do anymore if they tried!

Great service and excellent handling of dogs. I feel incredibly comfortable dropping off my little guy for a day of fun.

One thing I would improve is the camera angles that we can access since they dont cover the whole room and some dogs like to hide close to the door!

We like the vary caring atmosphere and love of the dogs shown by all of the staff. The on camera feature is much appreciated and fun to watch. Costs are reasonable.

We rescued Paisley and she was unsure of many situations. The staff instantly understood she was scared and not deemed aggressive like another doggie daycare. Paisley’s quality of life is better due to Dogtopia.

Clean, great staff

Excellent environment, always positive and friendly for Emma. It has been 3 years now and she's always excited to go in. Each and Every Dogtopia person has a smile and personally greets Emma, and all dogs joining her that day. It's a wonderful feeling for the owner to witness. Then leaving my girl knowing that she is in the hands of this now extended family unit is totally calming experience.

Minnie (Scotch Terrier) is always welcome & have accommodated me on last minute daycare requests too.

The premises are very clean & love the Webcam; nice to take a peek at Minnie occasionally.

All of it....Rogue amd I love all of it lol. I'm able to discuss training concerns with the staff and get excellent advice. Rogue loves going so much, she barely even looks back as the staff lead her away from the front desk.

My only wish was for a bit better webcam setup. It's not a complaint though....I'm just greedy and want to see all Rogue's shenanigans!
