Friendly staff and fun events

I absolutely love the people who work there! They are the kindest, most passionate dog people I know. Each and every one of them are so nice. The place is super clean and inviting and I love all of the activities they do with the dogs.

Our Dog Berk loves it at Dogtopia. It is great for us to know she is well taken care of while we are at work. I also love the theme days.

Excellent customer service

If only you were around years ago, my dogs would not have had the most negative experiences of their lives. Your establishment keeps my dog safe by being closely monitored and in a room suitable for her needs.
Also, for a staff to sleep amongst the dogs that board overnight gives me peace of mind. In my 50 years of owning dogs, I have never heard of another establishment going above and beyond.
I have and will always recommend Dogtopia of Aurora.

How friendly the staff was from the minute you walked in. I liked how they allowed you to stay and make sure your dog was comfortable on their first day and to ask any/all questions. I love the webcam feature as a little reassurance that your dog is having fun. I also found that the people in the rooms with the dogs were great with every dog there. They interacted with them with pets, love and toys.

Everything! The people are fantastic, so attentive, & the dogs are very well cared for. Mac gets very excited for daycare days.

I believe the dogs are having a social good time. I like vaccines are kept track of. Any dogs that are not a good fit for safety reasons to the other dogs or employees, are not invited back. I believe the safety for the dogs are good. My dog enjoys going!

Rosa and all of her employees are super friendly, attentive to the dogs needs, and always willing to go the extra mile for the dogs.
