Put my mind at rest. I knew rhey would take good care of my pup. No pressure to buy anything. Having the cameras was a comforting as well. What really stood out to me was how great Rosa was to her staff. She told each employee, by name, what they did well during their shift. She is a Manager that anyone would want to work for. This positive atmosphere is reflected in the care they take. I will definitely be taking Nigel back.

They remembered my dog even though she hadn't been in two years! They give me great confidence that she is well cared for and loved.
Our pup is treated like family. Everyone knows about her day and how she’s interacting with other pets. They even get excited to see her, which is really nice!
We feel guilty when we have to leave her overnight or have too many days in a row in daycare but, it helps us cope knowing she’s in great hands!
Skill and communication with groomers. My dog comes out looking great after every visit, and she seems to enjoy coming over as well!

I really like that there are cameras so I can monitor my dog but I don’t understand why they are off on Sundays and long weekends. I like dogtopia but would like if they would send daily updates for dogs who are in boarding. The staff is great!

For me it’s the Management, the people that work there and care for my dog Everytime. Pacer absolutely LOVES it there and I feel 1000% comfortable going there and that means the most to me. Each person that works there you can tell truly loves my dog and is genuinely there because they love animals and it shows. I would recommend this place to everyone I met!! There is nothing like Dogtopia Meadowvale!! I just love it there.
I love how excited Scout is to go to daycare, and that everyone who works there seems to genuinely know each of the dogs and caters to their individual temperaments. As well, they all seem to truly love the dogs and the dogs all seem to love the staff members too.
I love the event days and getting the pictures of Scoutey having fun during a special theme day, and hearing about who he played with and what his favourite activities were. He loves his days at Dogtopia Applewood, and we love seeing his joy during those days reflected on the webcams when we tune in to see how he's doing.

I love that my dog is interacting all day with the "human" in the room. Games, attention, playtime, etc. It keeps her engaged and happy.
Someone is always there to meet us when we arrive. Rex struts down the hallway jumping with excitement every time we drop him off. It’s a great feeling knowing I am leaving him for the day with people that treat them like their own

Finnigan loves it there. It's the only place I take him that he doesn't mind leaving me behind. That speaks volumes in Finn's world. He is very clingy so it's nice to see him happy to just down the hall to meet new friends.
I love to see how happy all the pups are when they arrive and are all greeted by name. Being able to check in via webcam to see how my pooch is doing and knowing that she is in good hands all day.
My Coco is always happy when the grooming is done. The groomer is very good and listens to what you want done . Great place for grooming!!!!
I like that you offer separate rooms for small dogs, and constant supervision. I don’t worry too much about my dog while he’s there. I enjoy using the webcams to check in on my dog throughout the day. I also enjoy the easy online booking system and online profile that allows me to update dog’s vaccination documents.
My only improvement is that I wish I felt more comfortable that if I leave instructions, they will be followed. My dog needs a break, he gets too tired and comes home severely dehydrated because he forgets to drink water with all the excitement. I wish I could count on him being given proper down time during the day. I’ve stopped asking because it never happened.
I also wish you had longer hours. Especially on Saturdays. Not everyone is a 9-5, M-F office worker. I also wish you would open a location in Collingwood, where we’ve now moved. There is a massive demand here and no proper doggie daycare, just kennels or home care with dodge people.

There are multiple water bowls in the room and our pups have access to water all day long; it is not uncommon for them to a large amount of drink water when pups go home and does not mean they don't drink during the day. Please give us a call or send us an email so we can arrange for your next visit to go as smooth as possible! We will note that Finley needs extra breaks so you can feel comfortable next time you come! It is extremely important for us for you to feel satisfied with each visit!
