You can tell that all the staff truly love the animals. This is important because I feel safe leaving my dogs there. The air conditioning is great in the summer months. The extra activities and special days are fun for the dogs.
Friendly, efficient and fantastic staff! Wouldn’t leave our pup anywhere else. Grooming is excellent.

The flexibility, the knowledge and kindness of staff and their willingness to meet us (and our pup) where he is. He’s a very anxious rescue who is afraid of people and the staff have worked with us every step of the way!

Amazing staff. They care about all the dogs and are able to handle our anxiuos/reactive rescue.
I love the staff and feel like my dog is well cared for here. Everyone is always so kind and it's clear that they care for each and every dog in there. I love seeing them get excited when my pup comes in and it really feels like they build a connection with the dogs and it's not just a job.

Dogtopia felt comfortable, clean and inviting from the moment we walked in. My pet coco is very curious and not as shy. She loves people more than other pets. So, she was taken back with the trainer one-on-on for a meet & greet and a temperament assessment. She passed all the tests and they offered to keep her for the day complementary. I was able to watch her from my phone when ever I wanted to and that was super reassuring. Coco was scared at first but then her tail was up and wagging by the time I picked her up. I got 12 passes for coco to visit over the next 6 months. I am looking forward to it. It is a great place and an excellent option for us when we need a break, as well as for coco to socialize. They are firm with their vaccination policies to ensure safety of all. I am excited about being able to send coco here.
