They were so welcoming and shared so much information about what they do with everyone’s dog and what we should expect with our dog. They were very patient with our timid puppy nemo on our first visit and made him feel confident and comfortable. We love being able to watch our boy on the cameras and their app makes everything easier. We like them a whole lot.

I love everything about Dogtopia. There are many options for treats available and events that I’m excited to have him participate in. He is loving the other puppies that he gets to socialize with and can’t wait to get in the door when I bring him. The staff are all so friendly and I feel confident he is in good hands. It takes all the boredom at home and brings so much fun and happiness to my puppy. So glad I found Dogtopia.

We have bringing our Reilly here ever since the COVID was lifted and he has so much fun playing with all his friends. The staff are wonderful and caring to all the dogs that go. I was never comfortable with dog parks and I can tell you this is so much better and safer for your bff.

Great place for your pets when you have things to do for when you can’t take care of them yourself.
Convenience. Friendly staff. Separated rooms for different sized dogs.
The only thing we don't like is the extra fee to feed our dog during the day.
We cannot fathom our dog going a whole day without eating so we provide a container of food and specified time.
A $5 fee each time seems to be a lot.

So easy to work with you guys. The app is great. The team is very accommodating and provides flexibility when my plans change last minute. Everyone treats Benny like a little prince and I feel so comfortable leaving him there!
I was so happy with the stag. I love that there is a spa available and so many activities to keep my puppy entertained. He loves all dogs and has been having the time of his life. Even though we went to the Burlington location because it was closer to home. I would highly recommend the Royal Windsor one as well. Thank you
I love everything about the Kitchener location. They really look after my dog and all her needs. ROGUE is always happy to go in and is wonderfully tired when she comes home!!
