The daycare hours are great, there’s a spa/nail clipping service available on site which is really convenient, and I like how nice and caring the staff are. Open another location in south Barrie!

We feel so welcome, Charlie starts to howl the minute we get close to the entrance and he can’t wait to get through the door . Everyone I’ve met, staff for sure and management love our dogs and they know it. It’s a huge help for us.
Staff are friendly! Miko always have a blast at Dogtopia lionhead. Always have fun activities for pets and pawrents! Highly recommend to everyone!

I really enjoy Dogtopia's setup/ structure. I think it's great that there are 3 different dog groups so that a dog can find it's best fit. The meet and greet system is organized very well to introduce a new dog. The staff is really patient with the animals and very friendly.

Didn't like that they crate dogs later in the day. We weren't informed of this, it is not posted anywhere on the website, and we asked about it only after crating of our dog happened without our knowledge at another Dogtopia. For the most part this isn't an issue as it is rare that we have to leave him at the facilities later in the day.
Our dog has severe human separation anxiety and the reason we use Dogtopia is because we thought he was supervised by a human at all times. Not sure about the Kitchener location but at the other location the crating happens in a room without cameras so that neither the owners or the staff know if the dog is under stress. We thought that later in the day, the dogs would just be amalgamated into fewer rooms.
The staff are great! They know my dog and he loved it there.
We love being able to check the live video of our girls throughout the day.
We know our furbabies are in good hands at daycare!
The staff are friendly, professional, great with the dogs and make sure everything is clean and safe. I never worry about my dogs staying there for the day.

The staff and coaches are incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do. They pay attention to details about every dog. If an issue comes up , they handle it quickly which gives me such peace of mind. In addition the manager is a gem ☺️

Everyone was welcoming and patient during our first visit. My pup is a rescue dog, and is very shy and timid. It took us 4 tries just to get in the door! He managed to play in the Park though, and I'm looking forward to bringing him in weekly!
Dogtopia of Bloor West has very caring, responsible and well trained staff. My toy poodle loves to spend the day there. The groomers are also very good.
