Being able to keep your staff
Florence we do our best to keep our staff and keep them happy. Unfortunately , sometimes people want change. We do have 9 state licensed therapist who are trained in custom massages that will suit you.
My facial was fantastic. Not only relaxing, but wonderful use of products and expertise about my skin etc. I would Highly Reommend!!!

Very professional and courteous. Took the time after my appointment to schedule an upcoming one that coincided with one I already had scheduled(I needed a facial same day as massage). My massages with Chantelle are always fabulous!

Jessica is very good.
60min service was done only for 45min and when asked they told they need to be somewhere else. But they dint go anywhere the massager went to get me water. And I dint like the service and the person at the register demanded for a tip when I already mentioned I am not satisfied with the service. Never going back again.
I’ve been really happy with all my therapists. I enjoy the spa atmosphere. I also enjoy having a membership and the ease with booking.

Been there several times, but this time was not up to similar experiences. Paula did not do a deep tissue massage like before. She took 5 mins to start then ended 10 mins early. Many times, she only used one hand. Her touch was so soft, I fell asleep

The only complaint I have is the bed is not comfortable and I had to ask for something to lay my head on. I had reflexology and she did a great job. That is my only complaint, everything else was good.

Quality of the staff
New and clean facility with many various services
All the conditions are very professional, friendly, and good at their job.
Flexibility and ease of scheduling. My preference is to have a few different therapists I like so that I can get an appointment with ease when my schedule isn’t as flexible. Regular facials have become a part of my routine skincare regimen. I’ve had the most results with the Luminfusion service and using the recommended products at home. The rooms have been updated recently and the aesthetics are calming and relaxing.
