My therapist didn't have any rhythm to her massage. She was very nice, however I specifically pointed out two area's of where I wanted her to focus on and she barley massaged those areas. I asked again and again only worked on 1 area for less than 5 min.
I have been getting massages for over 30 years, this was a gift from my daughter. I was bummed when I left.
The gal at the front desk was very welcoming. The spa is very clean.

Jodie has been a gift to me! Massage is my help for my fibromyalgia and it literally keeps me going. Jodie has been steady to figure out what is the best way to care for me each time I come. He listens.

My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail since this was my 1 visit. + she has a great personality and very nice during the entire session.

The girl that sits at the front desk is the best she is so nice and calm and easy to talk to and the people that work. There are so nice and they give great massages and facials.
Always very friendly and accomodating. Alex is the best.
The quality of the therapists is pretty wildly divergent and the good ones are often booked months in advance.
Additionally, the resistance to making appointments over email makes no sense, particularly since calling in usually means being placed on hold, which nobody likes.
Hi Nick. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on this platform. We always appreciate feedback as we want to make sure that we are providing a stellar service to our clients every time. We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with every therapist you've seen here. Often times, one person's favorite therapist can be another person's least favorite therapist and sometimes, it can take some shopping around to figure out your perfect match. I know that Lily was your favorite and you were seeing her for a couple of years before she left. Consider trying James, Vincent, Shane, and/or Tyler. Between those four, I am confident that one of them will be your new favorite. As for booking appointments via email, we can totally do that! However, we do find that sometimes we'll offer a client a spot via email and won't hear back for several hours or days. When we do hear back, the spot has since been booked. Booking via phone call or text tends to be faster and more accurate, but you are welcome to reach out however you like! During the days, we do experience more phone calls and interactions with clients so we may need to place clients on hold when they call. We do apologize about this inconvenience. The volume of client interactions does slow down in the afternoons so try calling then in the future. :) Again, thank you for your feedback and thank you for being a long time client of ours. Making appointments is very convenient in days and times
No one is perfect. An 8 is perfectly respectable.
I highly recommend this place to anyone. I also highly recommend John. When I go to LaVida Massage I always ask for either John or Joe. They are both amazing at what they do.

What I love about your services is the convenience of making an appointment. The staff is always accommodating and treat me professionally. My skin care specialist Marissa is wonderful. Treats me with care and explains everything in a knowledgeable manner.
My back felt just as tight leaving as it did when I arrived. I told my masseuse that my spine was ticklish and needed more pressure applied, but he avoided the area and moved on to other parts of my body. I asked more pressure again because it felt like he was just putting lotion on me. I told him my lower back was a major concern of mine, his only solution for my pain was to put me in a spinal twist. Because he hadn’t warmed up my lower back muscles, the twist was stiff and painful. I would love a refund for the price of the massage so I can get one from a more experienced masseuse.
It was my very first time getting a facial. I truly felt like a queen. I was so relaxed and this is day 2 and my skin looks amazing. I am super excited to be part of the family and I am inviting the whole world to do the same.
