Relaxation, peace, good conversation

I had pre booked my appointment a month in advance because I had requested a specific massage therapist and that was her first opening that aligned with my schedule, I even received a confirmation email a day or two before stating it was with her. When I arrived I was not with who I booked with, and when I asked why they said because I came across as a “new client” so they moved me out of her schedule and with someone else without contacting me. When I got there they realized I am not a new client, and regardless if I was- I had the option to pick my therapist specifically so if there was a change that needed to be made I feel as though I should have been contacted prior to my appointment. Regardless, The therapist I was placed with instead was very nice and a did a thorough job so this is not a complain to her.

The employees at LaVida are always very professional and friendly. They make sure that you are taken care of and deal with any issues that come up very quickly.

It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. She was very sweet and nice, but when talking she said she was in the hospital the week before for weakness so I felt bad asking for harder pressure. I was hoping she’d ask how the pressure was but she never asked ( was too light). I had to go home and ask my husband to massage me because I didn’t get anything out of my massage. I would love another massage experience with someone that can provide the harder pressure.

My massage therapist noticed what I needed and worked to help me personally. For example: my eyes were irritated and she gave me a cold, wet towel for them and turned me over so she could keep working on me while my eyes were being soothed. She was awesome and I fell asleep during my service.

The atmosphere is so peaceful. The spa is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. And our therapists were excellent! Definitely recommend for the whole family.

Timely, well trained and relaxing (mostly)…I would sort of like to be warned about what kind of massage I will receive with each person when booking (ex. Therapeutic, relaxation, hard/work out the problem areas )
