Chris and Eva are gone, and haven’t found a good replacement yet

We live in a digitally managed landscape for most of our day to day lives and the online digital
Booking system never worked. It was inconvenient to call and get an appointment at a preferred time and the inability to plan using the booking system online resulted in me going elsewhere. Even after discussing this when canceling my account it was clear there was no interest in updating this to remain competitive or keep my business. They just said “you should just call, we don’t use the online tool.” Hope this feedback helps you make some meaningful changes.

Our booking system is connected to our scheduling system and unfortunately we have no sway on how it functions. The online booking system works well for people that have flexibility because there usually needs to be an adjustment to the start time or session length. Otherwise, calling is best when you have specific needs. The system cannot tell the true availability that maximizes a therapists schedule, this is why we direct people to call if they are having issues online. Our apologies for your experience and we really appreciate your feedback. We strive to make our clients booking experiences as convenient as possible. I had a very pleasant masseuse. She addressed my trouble areas and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
We cannot do telephone calls or canceled or changed appointments. We live in Sturgis, South Dakota. We have a VERY limited time in Seattle each month. I have a brain injury from war so when we schedule together, we need appointments together. My son Jack Filing is Autistic. My husband is Christopher Last name removed. Please change others before choosing to change us, time wise or date wise.
Hi Andrea. We are very sorry that we had to reschedule Jack's appt the other day. Looking at our records, we were able to get him in with another therapist that day at the exact same time. Chase and your front desk
I specifically asked for a medium pressure massage and my masseuse was very light they don’t ask me what pressure I wanted at the start so I asked for more pressure. They didn’t check in to ask if the adjustment was better so two more times I had to ask for more pressure. They also completely forgot to do my arms. They were nice. It was just a very expensive and unsatisfying experience.

I was not a big fan of my therapist. I may come back and try a new one. But I requested a firm massage and the whole time she just moved her hands around my body without pressure. I am not one to complain so I just let her do her job. She made it sound like she was new too so I kept waiting for the massage to get better but, unfortunately, it did not
