Mamie exceeded my expectations, I definitely recommend that everyone should at least try her once. She has a lot of experience and she taught a lot about things that I didn’t know about some trigger points that I was not aware of. After the massage I feel light, relaxed and pain free. What do you like about our services?

My very first experience getting a massage at LaVida today and it was absolutely wonderful. I went there with a very bad knot in my left shoulder blade causing sore neck and jaw pain, and feeling very stressed. When I left, I had no pain and definitely felt amazing. I will be going again and even purchased a gift card for my daughter. Thank you to my massage therapist John.

This is my 4th massage since the end of November. All others have been so-so and honestly I was going to cancel today. But Eileen’s massage today was far superior to any I have received at your location. She was amazing and attentive and didn’t leave me feeling like I had waisted my time and money. I look forward to my next massage with her and have already given her name to others.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My therapist was very rough , I felt like she was rushing through my massage as soon as it started. She also was coughing and sniffling throughout my massage.. this is the second massage I have received with la vida.. I was pretty disappointed
