I love “me time.” Ninety minutes of shear relaxation cannot be beat. We should all pamper ourselves at least once a month. LaVida provides great service that fit in my schedule. I can book conveniently online anytime.

The therapist are always nice, it’s not that. The recent price increase is ridiculous. I’ve found another place within the same area 1 hr for 75.00. So that’s who I would recommend to friends and family.

I love this place just had to take a break for a few months
a 60-minute massage has gotten too expensive, and a 30-minute massage isn't enough, so I'm done. $100 per hour is just too much.
Callie was fantastic, mixing stretching and massage was just what my body needed to feel relaxed and to resolve some latent muscle pain. She was responsive, asked for feedback, and listened to what areas needed the most focus.
The room was comfortable, the music relaxing, and the environment calming.
