We have had several different people come clean our carpets. They have either been left too wet or with a strange orange scented stuff left on them. We didn’t have that this time. They look and smell great.

The workers were friendly and polite and very efficient with their work. They re- worked some small areas where we had bad spots and weren’t upset about our asking them to do so. The two service technicians, Braxten B. and Mike P., who cleaned my carpet did a great job! They listened to my needs, checked out the problem spots and recommended treatments that would result in a cleaner carpet. I was extremely pleased they also answered my questions about tile cleaning and were able to restore the grout and clean the fill spots in my travertine floor.
The carpet is clean and we like that there is no soap residue, and the technicians were courteous, punctual and professional.
