I like that Zerorez was prompt to call me back and the services they performed were amazing. Our carpets in our showroom get a lot of foot traffic so they get looking rough and they made them look great. I appreciate John and Emily we have used them in the past and plan on using them in the future. I am going to have them clean the carpets in my house as well.
I love the phone call when the tech is on their way. They really listened to what needed to be done. They explained what was going to be done. We had a persistent pet odor problem and they kept at it until it was fixed.
