Carpet tech did a great job on my carpet, it looks amazing. He was very careful using corner guards to protect my home and furniture and took extra precautuons to keep the snow out of my home as he went in and out with his equipment. I really appreciated the VIP treatment and the thorough cleaning! Thank you.

Great product, carpets stayed cleaner longer, they definitely back up their service, we had a few streaks left from the first cleaning that we didn't notice until a few days after. I emailed Emily at around 6:30 in the morning, she called me back about a half hour later to get us taken care of, and they were back that morning taking care of it...

I don't know yet, how effective the protectant will be - and I feel I should call in and have them spray it where we did not move shelves (which are now gone) - BUT the service man was really nice and helpful, and I breathe easier in my bedroom since the carpet is clean.

Thank you for a beautiful job and for going the extra mile in trying to remove some of our stubborn stains. Our carpets look almost as good as the day it was installed many years ago.
