I appreciated that the service representative listened to my concerns and addressed them. I have had Zerorez come in twice to clean carpets. They guarantee their work and didn’t seem to mind checking back to retouch a couple of spots last time. I was unhappy to realize that the work has to be scheduled before their promotion ends. I tried the protectorate this time and think it might help traffic areas.
My carpets were cleaned by John Jenson on Nov. 23rd, I have never been more impressed with a carpert cleaning service. He was very professional and very thorough with explaining and doing exactly what he said. My carpets had spots and smells that I had not been able to get out. He very successfully was able to accomplish what I could not. My carpets look and smell 100% better, and he did not drench the carpet. It dried very quickly. I highly recommend Zerorez from Cache Valley, the best carpet cleaning service ever!

Everyone was very friendly and attentive setting up the appointment and explaining their cleaning process. We had some very old carpets in the home and they were careful to test before cleaning to prevent damage to the carpets.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets on several occasion. Each time, we have been completely satisfied with the exceptional process that is used when cleaning. There is no odor, soap residue and carpets stay fresher longer. In addition, the professional manner in which the workers perform the task from entry to exit of the home is superior to other cleaning companies. The equipment used is clean and care is given to make sure no damage is done to walls and trim. There is no other cleaning method which we would ever employ to clean our carpet.
