The prices were great, and the techs did a great job. Fast and efficient for the areas we needed done. My only complaint would be it seemed to take a VERY long time to dry. We put fans on it and everything and some spots took a good 12+ hours to dry.

I live in West Jordan and I have used Zerorez numerous times. I have always been very impressed with how the carpet looks when completed. I have very light carpet and get serious traffic paths even though I don't wear shoes in my home. Last time, I had a white chair cleaned. It's beautiful. The carpet dries so fast and there isn't the crunchiness after it dries like I remember some carpet cleaning left. My granddaughter and her husband have bought a town-home in Brigham City, and this was a gift to them to have call their carpet cleaned before the furniture was moved in. Although there wasn't one in Brigham City, she was delighted that the Cache area Zerorez would be able to do it. She said Braxten did a wonderful job and she appreciated your being able to do it a day earlier than originally scheduled. Thank you so very much for the great service you provide. And it's almost time for me to have mine done.
