Just like the name says--they don't use any soap or harsh chemicals! I also appreciated the clean cut, well groomed and polite man that came to clean my carpets. And he was right on time and called first as I was told he would. Great!

I appreciated the hard work, thoroughness, and quick completion. They showed up very close to the beginning of the window they may arrive which was awesome. They were so fast. They showed me the work after. We'll still need to replace the carpets down the road, but they are clean/sanitized now and are giving us a fresh start with buying this house. It was just what we needed at a great price and a very quick turn-around!

The men who came were clean cut, neat, polite, and cared for our residence. The were efficient and did what was asked. I installed new carpet just before they came to clean the tile on the floors and when it is time, I will have them back in a heat beat for the carpet and tile again.

the carpets always look so clean and almost new. The guys do a good job of cleaning and they are knowledgeable when I asked questions about this or that. I like the machine that they used before the actually cleaning with the water. They said it kinda pulled the dirt to the surface and I could see actual dust balls that were pulled up from the machine. My carpet did seem wetter than it had before when I have had it cleaned by you guys. I don't know why, but it took much longer to dry than ever before. I still like the freshness of a clean carpet and would never have any other carpet cleaning service but zerorez.

The service was great and the tech was very professional. He was able to remove some oil stains from recent construction that I thought might be permanent. Our carpets look better than they ever have after a cleaning. I highly recommend Zerorez!
