I love the instructors! I love the classes but the spin bikes always have issues. They need to be replaced please!
The trainers with individual programs are a great benefit. On the other side, the Y needs TWO (2) Hip Adduction Abduction machines. One for the members to TEXT on and one that is actually used for exercise. Or at the very least, place a sign saying No phone or text usage while using this machine.

I love everything about the city Y! Great variety of classes, nice music that isn’t too loud, friendly staff and fellow members. I love that you don’t have to sign up or cancel for individual classes. I’ve been enjoying morning classes in yoga, many of the weight classes, WERQ, dance trance, TRX, pilates. It’s a fabulous place!!!
The pool for swimming laps and the weight equipment is what I primarily use. I learned how to play Pickleball at the y with Peter and Neil as excellent teachers. Now it is too crowded for pickleball.

I go only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to Elaine‘s group for hitt and cardio- I have medical issues and this is basically what I need and can handle
