Very friendly and kind staff and instructors. I have found that Zumba Gold and cardio drumming are so much more fun and effective than treadmill and bicycling. Chair yoga has made a real difference in my strength, flexibility and balance. And Active Older Adults exercise is fun and is good for strength. All these classes are wonderful for social interaction. I look forward to my classes each week. But is really comes down to capable and knowledgeable instructors. Please invest in recruitment for an instructor for Stanene Hickey, she has been a true inspiration and she seems to care about each individual. She will be missed!
I use treadmill and bike. Used to do tai chi but it is right at lunchtime. Walking is most important for me now. The classes look good but no energy to do right now. Good variety.

I like all the treadmills and elliptical trainers and other equipment to use, everything is very clean and orderly. The classes are great for anyone interested in them. The pool is very nice with aquatics classes. Just a great place to go!

There is a large variety of classes for all levels of strength.
Honestly don’t know about anything about that. I’m unaware of any.
I like ymca because it’s my “neighborhood “ gym. Low turnover, you know most staff. It’s just comfortable to workout there. I like the people !
I give the new machines a o! They’re so uncomfortable, big and hard to use.

I like swimming pool, the steam room and the sauna the new equipment they have received is nice. The racquetball courts handball courts, the exercise classes, and the availability of trainers.
I love the 11am program with instructor Lees.
Group classes are the best—variety, great teachers, no other gyms have anything like the offerings at the Y, or the community feeling available for a mix of all ages.
Outstanding instructors and great selection of classes and equipment. Unfortunately, the restrooms are not as clean as they should be and often out of supplies such as hand soap and paper towels. There have been times when the air-conditioning is out of order and the roof is need of repair.
Good equipment and classes
Not only do we form great friendships but we all look out for each other and encourage and keep in touch if someone is missing from class after a few days. Many go through hard times after a spouse or family member is sick or dies and it truly makes a difference. Our. Class leaders are unbelievable and make so much difference in everyone staying and getting better. and activities keep everyone coming back.
