Flexibility
Nice clean environment
The staff are very friendly, but some repairs need to be done to shower area. Leaking faucets and slippery floors need to be addressed also need to have 2 extractors in shower area and showers need to be cleaned thoroughly.
Only use the exercise equipment.
The instructors are a great bunch, but I would like to see better availability for Zumba and Body Combat classes.

The instructors I’ve had have, for the most part, been excellent! And the mix of classes really works for me. The downtown Y is also very social.
