The variety of classes
I enjoy both the silver sneaker programs and the flexibility to go between the two. I like the friendliness of the commons area and the socializing that occurs. Parking is great. The staff is helpful.

Stanene does a great job with Active Older Adults and Chair Yoga. My favorite.
I still enjoy trying to keep up with Debbie her Zumba classes. Fun and a good workout. I tried her cardio drumming and enjoyed that as well.
Just wish they were offered more times. Middle of day can be a challenge, but I can usually work around.

I love the classes provided. Good amount of machines to use. The class instructors are all great & qualified. I like that the Y is clean and not too cluttered. It's great to have massages & red lite therapy available on site.i especially enjoy being surrounded by people my same age.
Only 2 disappiintments: 1) Pickleball and 2) no Tai Chi classes available.

I enjoy the group fitness classes. I’m glad a few are after work hours so I can attend. Pilates Mat and Zumba are fun.
Instructors are very professional and dedicated! Big selection of classes
The gym is well equipped. The pool is clean. The hours are very good. The men's locker room needs a deep clean.

I really enjoy playing pickleball even though the courts leave a lot to be desired and I enjoy my workout opportunities.
I have never done a program or activity. I just use the weight room, pool, and steam room.
