For BodyPump and Sr Fitness, the teachers are very motivating, the music is fun. It makes me push myself to be more fit. The teachers also tell us how to do the exercises properly so we don't hurt ourselves.

You have a virtual studio members can use with all things Les Mills . I use the virtual studio 2-3x per week to get my yoga, core and bodypump workouts.
There is something for everyone, all ages
Adult fitness class is excellent! Friendly people, terrific instructor.
So many programs to choose from. Instructors are knowledgeable and staff motivated toward group health.
Instructors are good, lots of varied classes
Some of the classes are very good although it is impossible to get into them as they are full. The evening and weekend schedule is too light.
The pool is great. The multipurpose room is filthy and underutilized by the adult fitness program.
You do not have enough equipment for use in fitness classes and the equipment is not readily available (you have to bring it from one room to another).
