The variety of different classes gives everyone a chance to choose what is best for them.
We also love all of the weight machines along with the treadmills and bicycles. There is a big variety available so there’s something for everyone!

The LWR Group Exercise Classes are amazing. The trainers are true professionals. Also the quality of the equipment in the workout room is second to none.
I love the people-great number of friends that belong to the YMCA! There is adequate room filled with many cardio machines and weights! There are many quality classes and pickleball and racquetball courts and a great place to walk or run on the exterior! Been here mostly on for over 40 years and it also has a good location!!!
The pool is amazing! I also enjoy the fitness center, basketball gym and classes. The staff has all been welcoming and informative!
Aqua Aerobics with Tasha gives me a good workout. I don’t like Elaina. It’s like watching TV with her. Melissa is too unorganized.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and empathetic. They recognize the needs of the people in the class and they are compassionate. I have yet to have an instructor who wasn’t knowledgeable about their courses or their line of instruction.

The instructors for your group exercises and pool are outstanding. They make the classes fun and provide good workouts.
Gym is great. Very well rounded. Helen the head lifeguard is kind of a tyrant, and really isn’t too nice to her staff. Pretty regularly, there are members complaining about her. Maybe keep her in the back. Otherwise all good!

We exercise at the Y three times a week. There are many other programs that are interesting. We could find something to do at any time of day. Patrons seem to be our age and we feel right at home.
I haven’t tried many classes. Usually I do cardio and weight training. I like the cleanliness and the equipment seems well maintained. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous.

The variety of classes. I would like to see more classes around 9am geared to senior citizens. The active older adult classic with Efie is great but we need more of this type of class for seniors.
Great variety of courses; your instructors for some of the group exercises, Jenn O and Jenn S, are outstanding. They truly make a difference.
