I love attending the group exercise activities such as body pump. Tabatha, and barre. The instructors are excellent.
The staff is helpful and friendly. There are many types of classes you can attend, the gym equipment is new and in great working order, the pool is nice and the place is very clean.

I am a 80 yr old male. I don't go to the classes but I do use the equipment. I enjoy the exercise and I usually come 4 times a week. My only suggestion is to stop members from going to a machine, completing 1 set and then sitting there on their phone. I've had to wait many times. Maybe a few signs on the equipment suggesting they leave their phone alone while using a machine. Others are waiting.
I wish you had more space so that more machines could be used.

Variety of classes and equipment
Love the Primetime classes with both Mel and Tom. Generally speaking, the fitness instructors are top-notch!
I like the classes. Much variety. The staff is friendly and the instructors are good. The place is clean.

The senior group strength classes are fun and provide weight training which I am not motivated to do on my own. Also love the pristine pool.
That you offer a wide variety of programs and activities for all ages
I love the low impact fitness class on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. I love that you hold this class in the large gym. You need too. It’s so popular with a very large attendance.
It would be great if you added this class on Tuesday and Thursday as well.
Also, it would be wonderful if they devoted more time in this class for the hand held weight training. Time allotted in this class for weight training is appreciated but not enough.

I like water aerobics with Julie. In the past I loved women on weights, a small group who used machines and weights under supervision. I also relax at the card table and enjoy meeting friends for coffee and a chat.
Love the water aerobics program. Jackie is great. I hope to try some classes soon for exercise.

The sculpt and pure core taught by Jan B. are awesome. And the Les Mills Shapes taught by Janet and Christine are also awesome. Jan B always has great music and she’s very fun. I like the sense of community at the YMCA. The front desk staff are friendly and always helpful. I’m sure there is more I could say, but I am so happy the YMCA is back and better than ever.
