I feel so much better when I leave: the classes are explained very carefully. The instructor Tom also checks to see everyone is up to par. He also has a great sense of humor which we all need when working out. He is amazing.
Variety
I TRY TO WORK OUT EVERY MORNING ON THE ELLIPTICAL RUNNING MACHINE FOR 1/2 HOUR THEN USE THE WEIGHTS FOR ANOTHER HALF HOUR. i ALSO ENJOY THE HOT COFFEE THAT IS USUALLY AVAILABLE MOST MORNIN
THE PEOPLE ARE ALL NICE AND EASY TO WORK AROUND.
I generally use the weights and treadmill, I do miss using the room that was used initially to dance routines and select on the internet t exercise/dance. The screen was crashed for awhile then locked up and needs to be reserved now I guess, I will need to investigate further. All the people that work there are so nice.
I havent used them enough...just starting to go again

Yoga
My workout on the machines gives me what I need to keep up my strength. At my age i just want to be sable on my feet. I am maintaining that. Whoo Hoo

the cycle classes get my heart rate up into a great zone for building cardiovascular fitness! teachers give encouragement, instruction, and the time is well planned with intervals to maximize our results in the class time.

The instructors and classes I take are fantastic. Pure core and shapes. Kudos to Jan B. Janet and Kristen.
I mainly use the pool, which I love! I also use the sauna and every now and then the hot tub.

The group exercise classes are great and the two Jen’s, Jen O and Jen S, are amazing. They motivate you to do the work to be your best self, but with humor and a lightness that make you want to keep coming to class. 2 thumbs up and a perfect score of 10 for these ladies!
The Y’s facilities are also great. Just wish the exercise classroom could be bigger to accommodate more people. The classes are that popular.
